Jennifer has been practicing law since 2010 and focuses her practice on financial matters, including all types of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, litigation, real estate, business and landlord/tenant matters. Her practice includes representation of individuals and businesses in a wide variety of financial disputes. Jennifer has represented clients in state and federal courts in bankruptcy cases, challenges to bankruptcy discharge, fraudulent transfer issues, adversary proceedings, and valuation of asset disputes.

Jennifer assists clients in both the consumer and commercial context in negotiating settlements, collections, foreclosure, mortgage modifications, student loans, credit problems, and consumer protection matters.
